They claim that it exploits a loophole at certain casinos and 21nova are usually always the casino the is exploitable.

Of course this is not true, all they need is lots of players and they will resort to anything to lure people in. Websites like this are not meant for gamblers, they are aimed at people who are in search of ways to make money online. These kinds of people are easy targets because they won’t realize that they’re falling for a promotion scam.
